Delivery Locations

We deliver within Santa Clara County for a $15 delivery fee as well as nearby counties for an additional travel fee.

Additional areas we deliver for an additional travel fee include Alviso ($30+), Fremont (+$30), Morgan Hill (+$30), Palo Alto (+$30), Stanford (+$30), Los Altos (+$30), Los Altos Hills (+$30), Gilroy (+$40).

Same Day Delivery

We kindly ask that all same-day delivery orders be placed before 3pm to ensure timely service.

Substitution

Please note that while our photos capture an overall theme, they may include unique vases that cannot be replicated exactly.

While the bouquet you receive may not precisely match the photo, its essence will remain consistent. Occasionally, flower and container substitutions may occur due to weather, seasonality, or market conditions, but rest assured, we will maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement(s).

If specific design elements are crucial to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or reach out to us to confirm availability.

Returns & Refunds

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. If you encounter any quality concerns, please email pictures to leyla@studiopetall.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange an exchange.

Care Instructions

Provide bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves. Keep the soil consistently moist but not soggy. Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Use filtered or distilled water if possible.
