We do! For same-day delivery orders, we kindly ask that all same-day delivery orders be placed before 3pm to ensure timely service.

Where will you deliver?

We deliver within Santa Clara County for a $15 delivery fee as well as nearby counties for an additional travel fee. For inquiries on nearby counties delivery fees, please contact Studio Petall Flora by either phone or email.

Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?

While our product photos capture an overall theme, they may include unique vases that cannot be replicated exactly. While the bouquet you receive may not precisely match the photo, its essence will remain consistent. Occasionally, flower and container substitutions may occur due to weather, seasonality, or market conditions, but rest assured, we'll maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement.

How long will the arrangements typically last?

All arrangements are guaranteed fresh for 3 days with daily water refresh. To prolong their freshness, keep arrangements out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources. Refresh water daily and remove any expiring blooms.

Do you travel for custom events?

We do! We are available to travel within California and to other destinations for large events. The travel fee will depend on the destination, calculated at $0.75 per mile plus travel costs. Please contact us for further details and to discuss your event requirements.

Will the design look exactly like the inspiration?

Our approach to floral design is centered around capturing the essence of your unique story. While we may draw inspiration from photos of past events to understand your aspirations, we do not replicate floral designs. Your journey is entirely unique and deserves to be celebrated as such. Rest assured, every arrangement we create is custom-made to reflect your individuality, ensuring that your event is truly one-of-a-kind.
