Delivery Locations

We deliver within Santa Clara County for a $15 delivery fee as well as nearby counties for an additional travel fee.

If there's no answer at the door, we'll leave the arrangement in a shaded area nearby. You'll receive a delivery confirmation via text for all orders.

We provide flower delivery to San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Los Gatos and surrounding areas.

For Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery orders must be placed before 3pm PST to ensure timely service.

While we strive to meet specific delivery time requests, we cannot guarantee them.

Substitution Policy

Please note that while our product photos capture an overall theme, they may include unique vases that cannot be replicated exactly.

While the bouquet you receive may not precisely match the photo, its essence will remain consistent. Occasionally, flower and container substitutions may occur due to weather, seasonality, or market conditions, but rest assured, we'll maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement.

If specific design elements are crucial to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or reach out to us to confirm availability.

Returns + Refunds Policy

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. If you encounter any quality concerns, please email pictures to hello@studiopetall.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange for an exchange.

Arrangement Care

All arrangements are guaranteed fresh for 3 days with daily water refresh. To prolong their freshness, keep arrangements out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources. Refresh water daily and remove any expiring blooms.
